This means that we recommend you consider where gas, plumbing and electrical connections are in your room/s prior to designing your layout and always consult suitably qualified and certified electrical, gas and plumbing, building, flooring, tiling and other tradespeople to gain sound advice, anticipated costs for unforeseen works such as the removal, change or addition of electrical, gas and plumbing appliances and services, requirements for straightening or strengthening walls, plastering and/or levelling or polishing floors. Being prepared reduces their impact on both your time and your budget.

Structural and building standards and specifications will also need to be explored to ensure you create your kitchen to the standards and requirements to suit your local areas as well as appliances manufacturer’s recommendations before commencing.
